Shipping:

We post our items via Express and Registered Post only for added security. 

Prices are as follows:
Up to 500g - $8.40
Up to 3kg - $11.70
Up to 5kg - $19.10

Items will be posted within 1-3 working days after payment has cleared. Australia Post can take anywhere between 1-10 working days for delivery, depending on your location.
For all orders outside of Australia, please contact us at info@bearbottoms.com.au for a postage quote.

Returns:
Please be aware we do not allow returns for change of mind.

If you should find any manufacturing faults with any of our products upon arrival of your order, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your goods.  Returns must be in new condition and may not be washed or worn. We can refund or replace any faulty goods up to 30 days from purchase.  Faults do not include nappies that have been damaged as a result of misuse, normal wear and tear or nappies that leak or smell.
